Unique Appliances Parts Return and Warranty Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and warranty claims related to parts purchased from Unique Appliances Ltd.

Warranty:
All parts come with a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers functionality issues that arise under normal use and service.
Return Policy:
All sales of parts are final. Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following specific circumstances within 30 days of purchase:

Damaged or Defective Part: The part was received damaged or defective upon delivery.
Procedure for Damaged or Defective Parts:
If you receive a damaged or defective part, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the part. Please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Contact our Parts Department immediately at 1-877-427-2266 or parts@uniqueappliances.com to report the issue. Provide your order number, the part number, and a detailed description of the damage or defect.

Provide Evidence: You will be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. This evidence is essential for processing your claim.

Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and instructions for returning the part. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.

Packaging and Shipping: Carefully package the damaged or defective part in its original packaging, if possible. Clearly write the Sales Order number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the part is received.

Inspection and Replacement/Refund: Upon receiving the returned part, we will inspect it to verify the damage or defect. If the claim is valid, we will, at our discretion, either:

Replace the damaged or defective part with a new or refurbished part of equal value.

Issue a full refund for the purchase price of the part.

A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the amount credited if the part is deemed not be under warranty
Exclusions:
This warranty and return policy do not cover the following:

Damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by accident, negligence, or external factors.

Parts that have been altered, missing components or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Parts that were purchased incorrectly by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct part number before purchase.
