Parts, Repair Services, and Repair Information
Replacement Parts
Unique makes replacement parts available for many products through its normal parts and service programs. Availability may vary depending on the product, model, component and age of the appliance.
Repair Services
Unique provides access to repair services for many products through its normal customer support and service programs. Service availability may vary by product, location and service-provider availability.
Maintenance and Repair Information
Unique provides product documentation and technical support for many products through its normal support programs. The availability and nature of this information may vary by product and model.
Unique Appliances does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services or information required to maintain or repair its products under section 39 of Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Availability can vary for reasons including: the model or age of the appliance, supplier or component discontinuation, changes in technology or product design, availability of geographic coverage of qualified service providers, and other circumstances that may affect the continued availability of parts, services or technical information.
Legal Warranty of Good Working Order
Certain products sold by Unique are covered by the legal warranty of good working order provided under section 38.1 of the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR, c. P-40.1. The warranty applies to covered products purchased from a merchant on or after October 5, 2026.

If a covered appliances stops functioning properly during the applicable legal warranty period, Quebec's legal warranty of good working order provides for the repair of the appliance at no cost to the consumer.
For a covered repair, the warranty includes:
- required parts;
- required labour; and
- other reasonable costs associated with performing the repair.
The warranty does not cover normal maintenance, replacement of parts resulting from normal maintenance, damage resulting from abuse by the consumer, or accessories except where otherwise provided for by applicable law.
Requesting Service
If your Unique appliance requires service, please contact Unique Appliances Customer Support.
To help us to assess your request, please have the following information available:
- model number;
- serial number;
- proof of purchase or original delivery date;
- name of the retailer where the appliance was purchased; and
- a description of the issue
Unique may arrange diagnosis and repair directly or through an appropriate third-party service provider. If you would like Unique to administer your claim, please contact us before arranging a third-party repair so that we can assess the issue and coordinate or authorize the appropriate repair.
Unique's Manufacturer's Limited Warranty
The Quebec legal warranty of good working order under Bill 29 is separate from Unique Appliances' manufacturer's limited warranty.
Unique's manufacturer's limited warranty continues to apply according to the terms provided with the appliance.
